The television shows a picture, but the sound isn't working
Advice: Some television switch off the sound automatically if they do not detect an audio signal.
Make sure that the cables are in a correct and firm position.
Check whether the sound volume isn't on the position "0".
Make sure that the sound isn't switched on "Mute".
